Black Hills Juniors was founded in 2007, starting with just two teams and has grown over the years. We currently have between 22 teams ranging from 12 and under to our 18 and under age divisions. We have had girls from all our local high schools as well as the surrounding areas within a 100 mile radius, and encourage athletes from all over to participate in our club. 

As our club mission states, we are here to provide the girls with the instruction and competition needed to excel not only in their high school seasons, but to provide them with the skills and knowledge to play at the collegiate level if desired. Our staff is dedicated to helping our athletes improve their individual and team skills, as well as reach their personal goals. We will provide them with opportunities to be seen by college scouts and will lead them in the right direction if playing college ball is one of their goals.

Our 2024 season will continue with the same great skill and team development that were implemented in previous seasons along with new game tactics and techniques. We have incorporated more practice times (2-3 practices a week), an average of 9-11 girls per team, and several individualized skill position practices where all club coaches will be involved. We will be playing in AAU Grand Prix style tournaments which generally last two days to try and condense travel. The states we typically travel to tournaments are South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado. The dates and locations of our travel season will be finalized and become available when registration is accepted and complete.
